Growing up with severe eczema, asthma and digestive pain, I was told again and again that there was no cure. I was encouraged to believe from a young age that my experience of intense discomfort was meant to last my entire life.

It wasn't until I began college that I decided to take my health into my own hands. When I finally learned the food I was eating was directly impacting my health, my world changed. Through following a simple meal plan, I learned that what had been causing my life-long health issues were potatoes, gluten, dairy and eggs.

Once I learned that I could eat all other foods, and enjoy it with peace of mind- knowing my meal wouldn't cause me any harm, I wanted to share that message with the world. So I went and got my master's in nutrition, specializing in gut health. I want to empower you to be able to understand your body, and have the power to make informed choices moving forward.
