Getting Started:
In order to prepare for the upcoming week, I recommend downloading your weekly guides a few days early so that you have time to go grocery shopping.
Each meal plan is designed to start on a Monday, go through the week, and end Sundays.
This means you will have time to go grocery shopping whenever works best for you over the weekend before. Since your plan starts next Monday, I recommend going shopping this Saturday to prepare.
What to Expect:
Every week you will have a
- Tapping video - promoting physical healing and emotional encouragement
- Guide to download - within that guide is your meal plan and shopping list.
- Weekly reflections - record how you were feeling that week to track your progress.
- Comments! - share your favorite idea from the tapping video, and your favorite recipe from the week.
